Spiritual Energy Renewal - Transmitting Your Shadow Self


When we are born, we are born with 100% of our life force, but as we age, our Energy Stake dwindles. As we get older, our life force diminishes because we have accepted that this is the way it has to be and because we hold on to:

- Our untruths (fear motivators rather than self-love and self-acceptance motivators)

- Attachment to outcomes (expectations)

- Self-deceptions (judgments, lack of compassion and inacceptance of things such as they are with total detachment)

and

- Emotional backlogs (e.g. from family and from previous lives or karmic debts).

The Line of Shadow or Illusion is the energy stake on the left is the shadow or unconscious energy reservoir, which increases as we grow older, reducing the energy stake on the right, which is the percentage of life force we consciously work with.

I have understood for a while now that energy is not positive or negative: it just is. I also know through the Theory of Relativity of Einstein that energy can't be created or destroyed, only transformed.

So I have came to the conclusion that, if we have a shadow self, then we have an untapped reservoir of energy or life savings that we are not using, at least productively or efficiently. That is, giving us the highest possible interest.

With all this information, I decided to engage in a conscious, disciplined, persistent and faithful activity of taking chunks out of my shadow self and transforming them into light, or life force, or conscious energy. This is one way to firstly, slowing down your aging and secondly, developing your potential. Reading newspapers stories about oil prices and the general issue of energy sustainability, which is worrying humanity quite badly, I started to meditate on the connection between finances, inner energy and world energy.

Our bodies have energy cycles, just like the world financial markets move in cycles: it is astounding to see how markets that perform well for a cycle, just slow down at other times, while some other unexpected markets start booming. I always have found it fascinating how in any dire situation, there is always someone who sees the opportunity and benefits from it while others only see boom and gloom. And the link between the inner and outer energy cycles is what I found in the I Ching, or Ancient Chinese Oracle of Change: even though the outer manifestation of change may take different shapes depending on the historic era we may live in, the inner energy cycles are always the same throughout the history of the earth and humanity.

So I wanted to cash in or convert my shadow energy into good and usable currency. In doing so, I found the following distinctions:

Non-converted shadow energy is the equivalent of non-refined oil:

- It needs a lot of work to maintain it (high maintenance, low efficiency)

- It needs a lot of effort to extract (high input, low output)

- It needs a strong will or hard work (struggle, the opposite to flow)

- It creates a lot of stress (or being out of alignment with our life path)

In order to add this non-converted shadow energy into our sustainable energy stake or positive life force, one can use the following tools:

1. The Rod of relationships:

Every relationship mirrors something that we love or reject in ourselves. When we focus on the negative things we see in others, we are indulging our shadow self creating an energy drain or energy leak.

The only solution is to work on ourselves until we find the fear that underpins this manifestation of the loss of life force, which is merely the tip of the iceberg of our psyche, an attitude, and forgive it, understand it, release it and transmute it.

Automatically, this has the effect to make the problem or perception disappear because this is a holographic reality that exists only in our mind. So as we change our perception, the reality associated to it falls away. It is no longer a reminder that there is a chunk of energy waiting to be transmuted.

It is part of our cycles, an energy ebb which drags us backwards.

When we fight it, we struggle further to maintain it. You can't resist it; only go along with it until the cycle is over and the energy is ready to return to your system, healed or converted into a further test at a higher level of consciousness.

2. The Hook of resonance:

Every feeling or emotion is a resonance guiding you where your untapped energy reservoir is.Negative energy is very costly energy; it takes a lot of effort to maintain because it is not in integrity or alignment with our Highest Self or Highest Potential. It is what I call an untruth, a false belief, which has not been integrated in our system, and it takes conscious or unconscious manipulation to keep it existing, to hold it together.

Positive energy is highly refined energy with which we can work and creates a flow of synchronicities in our lives that liberates us to ex-press who we are. It continuously expands in order to show us new possibilities. It is self-maintaining and creates momentum and motivation.

It is an energy flow which pushes us forwards. All it wants from us is that we open up our Heart Chakra or Heart Centre, in order to become aware of the wonders gifted to us, and create a self-ful(l)-fill-ing vibration of gratitude and love (the only energy that really is).

In order to understand the cycles of energy and money, one should be advised to follow the Ancient Teachings and observe the Moon cycles. These affect our energy tides and teach us how to work with them. As we synchronise our patterns and rhythms with those of the earth and the Universe in general, our lives align themselves into synchronicities.

We are children of the Earth and without her electro-magnetic energies, we lose out a generative and unlimited free energy source. E.g. when we walk in nature we heal; when we breathe, we oxygenate our system, which wakes up our cells and organs. In nature, we assimilate the energy of the sun-light and moon-light, especially during sunsets and sun rises, which charge our life-force field with prana.

So what I realised is that all this work I have now been doing for many years was to prepare my earth body for the job I came here to do.

While I was living in the UK I spent the first 7 years reading a compilation of books called Mysteries of the Unknown. I felt compelled to read them all the time and I believe that at the time their purpose was to open my mind.

After working on my mind for those years, I grew out of the then existing marriage and the time came to dissolve it. This pushed me to find my inner strength: I realised that I could never rely on anyone else to give me what I needed, since everyone else is fighting for their own energy survival, and so I started to work on my spiritual path. For the next 10 years (and now for the rest of my life!) I worked on my spiritual self, and for about 6 of these years I was working on my emotional self.

All of this created a need in me to ground all the work so far done and the higher energies I had downloaded. Hence, it was time to come to a country of high spiritual energy and, after 17 years in the UK, I moved to South Africa. I knew intuitively that this would give me an opportunity to integrate all these higher energies at all levels of being. And so I have spent the last couple of years integrating the Mind, Spirit and Emotional bodies that I had so far worked to develop. This is allowing me to create an manifest my life path in practical ways.

When I came to South Africa I felt compelled to read economy, business and finance intensely. This led me to understand that energy is a resource that needs to be worked with, saved, invested, carefully looked after, cleaned, etc. Just like we do with money. Just like we do with fuel. This expansive understanding has shifted my mind into feeling more empowered: suddenly, I feel rich in possibilities for highly refined, low cost personal or spiritual energy, which has transmuted the energy held in my shadow self into a general sentiment of empowerment, possibilities, entrepreneurship and other positive trends currently resonating with the focus of this writing.

The book Spiritual Alchemy, by Dr. Christine Page, helped me enormously as I understood the following energy shifts:

"There are 5 Drivers of Manifestation or five main fuel/forces that are used for most of our creative activities:

1. Instinctual, physiological, practically unconscious [...] Primarily survival-based. Energy cost: 95% outgoing, 5% in return. It is equivalent to fossil fuels such as coal, gas and oil. Linked with foods that are processed or vitamins and minerals robbed of their connection with the earth.

2. Emotional mixed with lower psychic activity expressed as hoping, wishing, desiring, wanting; Semi-conscious. This energy is commonly used in power games where one person gains at the expense of another using large amounts of manipulation and the incitement of guilt, duty, anger, control, etc.

Always associated with large doses of expectation. Energy cost: 75% outgoing, 25% in return. (Energy is always lost despite an apparent win). It is equivalent to power from the denser form of the elements such as wind, solar, hydro- and hydrogen-based. Linked also with live foods that are recently taken from the soil, especially when organic and where they have been grown with your fair hands.

3. Mind power stimulating the mental body expressed through willing, trying, bargaining, believing or thinking; Employing increasing levels of conscious intention and working relationship between mind and body. Associated with the use of crystals, colour and sound. On a negative level [...] energy is lost through stubbornness and the tendency to lock horns with a similarly wilful individual. Energy cost: 50% outgoing, 50% in return. It is equivalent to power from breath, prayer, meditation, right thought [...] Nuclear power is a link between emotional and mental although we are still uncertain how to use this wisely.

4. Knowing from the place of the heart (compassion) and third eye (detached wisdom), expressed also as allowing, merging and flowing; the strength now comes from within and an expanding connection to the Universal flow of energy and consciousness. Personality and Soul work as one with clarity of perception, an intimate connection to "right" timing and an optimal use of energy without waste. Associated with symbols, sacred geometry and higher frequencies of light and sound. Energy cost: 25% outgoing, 75% in return. This exchange is dependent on right relationships and sacred reciprocity where there is a flow of energy without attachment. This is pure alchemy, with the ability to draw energy in through the pores of our being in the name of love or connection.

5. Being where there is no separation between ourselves and the Source; There just is! Enlightenment. Energy cost: 0% outgoing, 100% in return. It is equivalent to pure light energy. There is a constant supply of pure energy from the Source. No need for external energy as "fed" from within. Unification.

These fuels become more dense and faster as we move from "instinctual to being" emitting less pollution and hence offering greater benefits to the planet and our own spiritual well-being. The Ancient People would say that our aim is to move individually and as a race from the denser fuels to the lighter ones, reducing the amount of smog that prevents us from connecting on a deeper level".

Having understood and worked on the above information, I then came to the knowledge of the initiation of the anchoring of the Chris Consciousness, which requires a CRUCIFIXION: you are stripped of every single attachment to your material securities so that you can walk in balance without holding hands, just like a child who is learning to walk with the aid of his parents. I now feel very much not holding on to anything, just walking.

In my case, this Crucifixion took the following shape:

1. Letting go of external gurus and cutting the spiritual umbilical cord creating my own direct spiritual links.

2. Letting go of 17 years in the UK and the mentality gained there, having to open up my mind-set to new possibilities.

3. Letting go of my family in Spain and not being able to seeing them as often as I used to, especially my sister's children, who I miss so much! This forced me to work on clan and karmic automatic behaviour patterns.

4. Letting go of any remaining victim mentality and take control of my destiny, e.g. aligning with my life path.

5. Letting go of having to's and relaxing into enjoyment and acceptance of my present or gifts.

6. Letting go of making it or striving to make it and realizing that I have already arrived (because in fact, we are always there, so there is nowhere to arrive at!).

7. Letting go of worrying about running out of time to achieve my life work (because in fact, in the Universal scale of things, time is irrelevant and so everything happens perfectly according to a bigger plan!).

8. Letting go of my partner so that he would be free to stay with me by his own choice and not by duty or expectation, co-dependency in our relationship or the like.

So the energy I am gathering is that of acceptance, allowing and a higher radiance.

In her book Sacred Contracts, by Caroline Myss says:

"Every circumstance is an opportunity to surrender to the Divine in some way.Every act of surrender earns a timeless intervention: time is lessened and timelessness is increased in your energy field. Thought comes into form more rapidly when you are not dragging linear, chronological history (time): your energy is increased, your aging slows and your body creates health."

People who make timeless choices radiate energy, or charisma, drawing others into their field of Divine Protection, or faith made manifest.

Dense energy such as memories, attitudes, beliefs, history, life experiences, unfinished business, etc, is Lead: it affects the density of our biology - slows down the speed with which healthy cells processes normally work, increasing illness and weight.

Weight becomes Wait - you have to wait longer for change to occur, inadvertently delaying opportunities.

Healing facilitates the flow of energy that was pulling you into the past, returning this energy to the present time, where it enhances the vibration of your entire system. Healing challenges come from the stress produced from not pursuing your path/talents or not opening up emotionally to people so you allow key relationships to disintegrate. These challenges will help you consolidate the fragments of your psyche.

And this is, in a nutshell, what I am doing in Cape Town: acquiring highly refined energy and discarding time so that I can release my full potential and carry out the task that I was appointed for in this incarnation.

Psychic Mind Energy


All too often, psychic energy is portrayed as a spooky, weird power supernaturally possessing a small minority of chosen individuals, giving them the ability to see into other peoples souls and revealing mysterious, hidden secrets from their past or predicting the future. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - Stress and the Mind-Body Connection in Chronic Fatigue


Chronic fatigue syndrome is a tricky condition to deal with. Defined by having prolonged periods of profound fatigue lasting six months or more, often accompanied by other symptoms such as musculoskeletal pain, weak immunity, allergies, or digestive issues, it can be a debilitating condition to suffer from.

Because there are a number of potential triggers or causes of chronic fatigue syndrome, it is sometimes very difficult to treat. Some potential causes include viral infection, allergies, hypothyroidism, blood sugar issues, toxic exposure or build-up, hormonal imbalance, or adrenal fatigue. In seeing a physician, you will likely undergo a number of lab tests, which hopefully will reveal the cause and help focus the treatment on what is causing your fatigue.

The truth is however, that oftentimes even after getting tested and finding out a cause, the treatments offer only limited improvement in your symptoms. That's not so say that there is zero validity in these possible solutions. You may well have some sort of viral infection, or toxic exposure, but the real question is - why isn't my body recovering from this? Why is my fatigue a chronic state, rather than only temporary?

Understanding chronic fatigue syndrome is easier if we break it down into simple physiology.

First, where does your energy come from? Your energy intake is supplied by food. Your body then converts this food into energy. Unless you are struggling to get enough food to eat, this is not your problem and not the reason you are fatigued. You are getting enough energy, but that energy is going somewhere else, and you do not have enough left to deal with the basic aspects of living.

So where is this energy going?

This is where it gets tricky. Often times we are so "locked in" to a particular way of life that it is difficult or even impossible to see just how much our way of life is taxing our energy supply. Life's pressures and expectations or ways of thinking and feeling may be so deep-seated that they become an assumed component of regular life, when in reality, they are demanding above and beyond what our bodies are capable of dealing with.

In addressing chronic fatigue syndrome, we have to assume that the natural state of the body is to have energy. Unless you are dealing with a serious health condition, it is not normal or natural for you to not have enough energy to get through the day. You have the energy, it is just being diverted.

The mind-body connection cannot be overlooked in dealing with chronic fatigue syndrome. It is like the pink elephant in the room - we all know it is there, but would rather keep discussing other solutions. The problem is that these other solutions will not completely solve the problem unless you call out that elephant.

Much of the discomfort - and inability - of medicine to effectively deal with the problem of chronic fatigue syndrome is the fact that the cause is unique to each individual, and therefore there is often no one exact prescription that can effectively solve it for you. We would like to believe that the field of medicine is so powerful that it can offer a solution that can blast our problem away, and that the only reason that hasn't happened yet is you haven't yet found that magic solution, but this is not always the case.

One of the most powerful medicines for chronic fatigue syndrome is already in you, and it involves the innate intelligence and health of your body. Your body naturally wants to function in a healthy way, in a way that will provide you with the energy you need to live your life. It is not, but that is only because you are diverting energy away from your body towards something else, and the symptom of your fatigue is a message sent to you from your body, asking you to return some of that energy to your body so it can get healthy.

This may take time, but it is possible. You have the ability to address the issue of your excess energy expenditure, whether it be through confronting your sources of stress, making adjustments to your lifestyle to conserve energy for your body to heal, talking with people you trust about what you are going through, etc - in essence, learning to give yourself and your body a break. This is a challenging thing to do, but it is possible. It is important to be patient and not get down on yourself for not feeling like an Energizer bunny right away.

If you begin to address the root cause of your lack of energy, any medicine you take - whether natural or prescription - will be much more effective in providing support towards getting you back to health. For example, adaptogens, such as ashwaghanda or rhodiola, can help improve the health of the adrenal glands, which are responsible for distributing energy and dealing with stress. Other medicines may help you sleep better, improve your immune system to fight off potential infections, improve thyroid function, decrease inflammation, and so on. Human Potential - Rethinking What's Possible


There is a verse in the Bible that says "all things are possible to him who believes." Let's be realistic, we know that all things are not humanly possible i.e. the human body has its limitations.

However, we human beings have a mind that has the ability/potential to think the thoughts and believe the beliefs that will cause our subconscious mind, i.e. soul, potential energy, heart, life (energy), divinity (God in us), creator etc., to cause our body and life to bring those thoughts and beliefs to life (manifest).

The biggest cause of the problems that we face is that we don't believe in our full potential. We say we do, but, we are fooling ourselves. The belief is in our head and not in our heart/subconscious. It is obvious by our emotional, physical and/or financial state (manifestations) that we are experiencing today. Furthermore, we are not focused on the things that are most important in life, e.g. happiness, good health and prosperity. Again, it's obvious by our results.

What we believe in and focus on manifests. The subconscious (life energy) takes those words or imaginary pictures (data) and brings them into creation within the body and life experiences. Therefore, our beliefs and focus are out of whack. If we focus on the right thoughts and beliefs, our potential energy that all humans are connected to will manifest/bring these words i.e.. happiness, good health and prosperity to life. Our life would be Heaven on earth - guaranteed!

Here is the kicker; I'll say this from a biblical perspective, the Devil/Satan i.e. negative energy, does not want you to be successful. However, he will allow us limited success, so we will be content. His role and mission in the game of life is to get us to not believe in ourselves or not believe in the full capability of our potential energy, i.e. God within, power to bring abundant success in each part of your life.

Therefore, if he can't get you not to believe, he is going to try to distract you and get your attention on all of the non-enriching stuff going on in the world. Even if you have faith, without focus it is dead.

Faith and focus have to be developed, but it's possible through spiritual growth. As your spiritual wisdom grows so will your faith and focus grow and so will your happiness and the rest of your blessings grow.

The bottom line is, "what the mind can conceive, the heart can believe, you can achieve".

Mind Control Theories


When one hears the term "mind control," one may naturally wonder what it means. Well, I am writing this article to explain briefly what my definition of this term is. When we think of mind control, the first thing that often comes to mind is the new world order or some kind of government or even "extra terrestrial" conspiracy to control the minds of other people. While some of this may be true, that is not my definition of the term. Under my definition, however, one can easily protect oneself from mind control of any and all outside 'agencies.'

My definition of mind control is about managing and maintaining control over all areas of your life using mind power. It is not supposed to be used to influence the minds of others per se. Sometimes as we all know, it is obviously necessary to influence the minds of others. We should always remain ethical in doing so, have the best of intentions, and our chief concern should be controlling our own minds and our own worlds. The ability to create endlessly within our minds and worlds is a quite powerful skill, which is the essence of mind control. Mind control is a wonderful gift to have because it is necessary for maximizing potential in all areas of life. It is the mind's power to easily manifest in any area of need. My theory is that naturally the one who has developed and learned how to use the power of mind control is at a major advantage.

The power of mind is so flexible in its potential applications and uses. For example, studies have already shown that mind energy is most beneficial for universal mind control purposes. For example, it can be used in gardening to strengthen your house plants. It can also be used to fortify our health and there have been university studies that have demonstrated its effect in micro-organisms and algae. There are certain countries, and I won't say any names here, that are actively involved in the development of mind control weaponry. It would not be fair to these nations for me to just point the finger at them, and accuse them of something in public that I can not personally prove. However, I do feel that people should be aware of my own personal opinion based on my own research into this fascinating field of mind science.

This extraordinary area of science is growing by leaps and bounds. We should become aware of exciting discoveries in these fields of science that naturally increase our universal mind control abilities. Learning as much as possible about how to use mind over matter in all areas of your life is most beneficial. Universal mind control power is becoming more necessary as the world becomes more complex and dynamic in structure. This new paradigm structure requires the power of divine mental and spiritual energies to be applied in all areas of our lives and particularly used within the chakras.

Is Your Food's pH Off? - The pH levels of the foods most of us consume can lead to many health problems. Foods are either in the alkaline or acidic category when considering pH. The goal is since the body is slightly more alkaline than acidic, we need to eat foods that will balance our pH levels with that of our bodies natural state. Most fruits and vegetables are in the low to high alkaline category and are therefore better to consume. However, its important to make sure they are fresh fruits and vegetables instead of canned or processed in anyway. For instance, the process of canning completely changes the pH level in foods and typically makes them more acidic. Unleash Your Mind - Reject Feeling Trapped


Depression is about the worst thing you can allow when working on mind development, instead I recommend that you remain positive, set goals, and get out of your rut. You must reject this notion that you cannot or are not able to overcome and adapt. It is a human instinct to overcome, use it, stop feeling sorry for yourself or trapped. This is the first step you must achieve before going into a mind development regiment.

It is imperative that you turn your helplessness into a challenge even if you only feel a little bit helpless on only a few things every once in a while. You see, it's those issues that take up your minds emotional IQ and quite a bit of bandwidth, energy, and fluidity your brain needs to create your future. Negative bio-feedback is like driving a car with the emergency brake on, stated one famous psychologist with regards to poor self esteem.

Secondly, do not ever assume that you are the only one feeling such emotions, everyone does, but if you make them fleeting, temporary and see them as a challenge you'll be pleasantly surprised how easy you can turn them into positives and motivating drivers to help you reach your minds full potential. Now, I do not want to sound like some guru of brain science or some occult paranormal leader of the mind, but you can, and I have willed events to occur in my life. Mindfulness Meditation - How to Mine Your Past for Creative Gold


In our headlong rush to create a new, supposedly better reality for ourselves, there is a great danger of reinforcing a pervasive belief that what we have now isn't good enough. Such an attitude is counter-productive and a sure recipe for unhappiness. But this constant focus on the future also causes us to ignore a potential source of creative gold: memories of happy experiences from our past. And those memories should not be overlooked, for their vividness in our minds gives them an extra creative potential that wishful thoughts about an imaginary future often lack.

The Past is Not Dead, But it Could be Killing Your Future

Once we have accepted the unconventional proposition that we create our reality with our thoughts, then the six-million dollar question inevitably becomes, "What are we setting ourselves up for by thinking what we're thinking?" Through the cultivation of mindfulness, we must constantly observe our thoughts and emotions, and stand ready to police negativity that will cause problems if left unchecked.

What that mindfulness often reveals is that we spend a great deal of our time rehashing events from our past - usually bad ones. If just one little thing goes wrong with an otherwise decent day, you can bet your bottom dollar that you'll be dwelling on that isolated incident, blowing it up out of all proportion and granting it a significance it almost certainly doesn't deserve. Not only does this make you unhappy without good reason; it also sets in motion creative forces that will cause this poor quality of experience to expand. Think of it as a snowball effect or as a vicious circle, but you are going to get more of what you concentrate upon.

Sadly, we often end up using our creative power not to make the better future we want by concentrating on how things could be, but instead create a poorer future by focusing on the lousy things that have already been. This process is at work all the time, even for people who would laugh at the suggestion that their own thoughts and feelings affect their physical reality. Those of us who have made this breakthrough and perceived our own power ought to know better, but all too often fall into the same self-destructive traps as everyone else. It takes a tremendous degree of experienced mindfulness to learn this lesson.

Time to Turn the Tables

Most efforts to create better realities involve positive thoughts and images about a potential future. Those efforts are particularly difficult when we sabotage ourselves by allocating more time to complaints about the past and present. This tendency dooms many people to failure before they start, so it is no wonder that some say creative visualization doesn't do any good. In a generally dark mental environment, a few rays of sunshine amount to little more than damage limitation.

There are two things we can do to give our future a better chance at working out the way we want, and both involve our past. The first, following on from what we have just discussed, is to stop dwelling on all the bad things we habitually churn up from our past, whether that past occurred earlier today or twenty years ago. (Memories of ancient harms don't go away. In fact, the brain is hard-wired to hang on to them.)

The second thing we can do is to deliberately focus on all the good things that have happened in the past. And, no, it's not acceptable for you to say, "What good things?" Unless you've been a prisoner of war all your life, there will have been some good along the way. And even if your life has been unusually hard, we should not forget what Viktor Frankl told us in Man's Search for Meaning. The most resilient humans - those who survive against all odds - are somehow able to find something positive in the most hellish conditions imaginable.

Focusing on the best events from your past will encourage those better qualities of experience to reappear. No matter what else has happened since, or is happening right now, no one can ever take those memories away from you. They are always available to you, ready and willing to help you focus your attention and creative energy through a brighter prism, and to rekindle happier emotions.

Thus, instead of dredging up toxic mud from the murky depths of your past, only to dump it into the flow of your current consciousness, why not instead tap into your deep reserves of creative gold? The more you do this, the easier it will become. And if you persist long enough, you will start to detect those same happy qualities of experience occurring anew. The details will be different, but life will try to give you more of the same. Once again, the bottom line is this: What do you want more of - the worst things that have happened to you, or the best?

The Power, Potential and Intensity of My Emotional Energy


All Energy has a Power, a Potential & an Intensity.

The Power of my emotional energy is relative to my ability to choose with authority.

The Potential of an emotion is relative to the magnitude of its power and the force of its authority.

The Intensity of an emotion is relative to its gender and the polarity of its sponsoring thought.

The greater the intensity of an emotion, the more unbalanced is the gender of my state of being and the less balanced is the polarity of my course of action.

Intensity is the resistance encountered in life by wavelengths of emotion that are divided by gender and frequencies of thought that are divided by polarity.

The more balanced the gender & polarity of my energy, the more charge neutral its intensity and the greater my potential to act with power.

My Potential ability has authorised, controlled Power with a harmonised, charge neutral Intensity.

The Potential of Intensity

My creative Potential is determined by the Intensity of my emotional thought

My potential is the realisation of the magnitude of my creative power & the force of my creative authority.

My intensity is the alignment that I have with my wavelength of emotional power and my frequency of authoritative choice.

Pure potential requires a balanced intensity of vibration.

The purity of my vibration is a quality that is determined by the power of my emotional attributes and the authority of my mental attainments.

When my wavelength of emotional energy is divided by male & female gender, the intensity remains constant but the potential becomes diluted.

Similarly, when my frequency of mental thought is divided by positive & negative polarity, the intensity remains constant but the potential becomes diluted.

The potential of my vibrational intensity to be creative is therefore relative to my ability to balance both the gender of my emotions and the polarity of my thoughts.

A balanced intensity has the greatest magnitude of power and the purest force of authority with which to be the most potentially creative.

The potential of my intensity is to vibrate with pure undivided & balanced spiritual energy.

Potentiality & Intentionality

My creative potential is the vision of my Soul.

It is in alignment with the magnitude of my emotional power & the force of my mental authority.

My true force of authority is a charge neutral polarity of thought frequency.

My true magnitude of power is a harmonic gender of emotional wavelength.

My creative intention is the will of my ego Self.

Intentionality is the thinking of a mind in tension.

A divided mind is in tension between the male & female gender of its emotions created by the positive & negative polarity of its beliefs.

A positive intensity has the will power to act, whereas a negative intensity is paralysed with fear.

The intensity of my experience is relative to the gender & polarity of my emotional thoughts.

The potentiality of my neutral harmony is the realisation of my creative vision, whereas the intentionality of my will power is divisive and potentially destructive.

To lose weight you have to first decide that you will do the work it takes to reach your desired goal. How can you translate the thought into doing? That's called kinetic energy. By taking action. Now, to develop your "second attention" try doing it another way - any of the ways which relate to your 5 senses. Do a different one touch/feel/sight/hear/smell each day. When you develop your second attention, you can apply this strategy to the foods you eat and this will lead you to practice "mindfullness" with foods and activities. Think about what you put into your mouth and ask yourself, "will this food get you the results you seek? What activities will give you the health and energy you deserve? What powerful statement that is, and one which we have to face when deciding to create life alignment.

I found it really rather profound. You are not the only one. Many of us strive to become, instead of thriving on being.

You are experiencing a disconnect between internal action and external action.

Perhaps you are putting a lot of energy into 'dreaming'?

What is Stopping You From Having Life Alignment?

Those of us who are tipped towards the introvert side of the scale have a lot of internalising going on. We can 'be' in life alignment in our heads, our mind is a retreat, yet we yearn to 'make it happen'. We can voice whole speeches and create epic pieces of content in our heads, yet they are often never externalised. The minds swirls and they disappear before we have gotten them down on paper, and we are onto the next thoughts.

We can even sit at a computer and think reams of content, concepts and ideas, yet typing them out...

I call this when your mind is holding you hostage. Academics are like us, if we are not already academics. I heard a joke once about academics; the speaker said that academics consider their body just to be something to carry their head around.

I didn't get that as a joke. It made sense to me. I had travelled far out of life alignment, and had tuned out how important movement is to me.

Introverts are preoccupied with conserving energy, while extroverts are out there expending it.

I was in the state of chronic fatigue, in varying degrees, for about 5 years.

This conservation of energy, which our brain tells us is keeping us safe, can lead staleness and tension. We are hanging onto energy, as if it will slip away through our hands like water.

You have the resources to create your own, authentic, life alignment

Energy is all around us. It's available. When you live in the state of abundance, you are open to and focused on having abundance. Our attitude with energy needs to mirror that.

Energy is crux of everything. We cannot create life alignment if we do not become masters of our own energy.

How can we create if we have low energy?

How can we even think through ideas if we have low energy?

Likewise, we cannot create life alignment if we do not become masters of our own mind. Your mind is at the helm and is what directs your energy.

What would it take for you to be in life alignment?

What is your mind telling you about your energy's direction?

Is it saying you should chill out and watch TV?

If the person you want to be within the life you want to have, is yours, it's at the end of a mile stretch, and you could take it or leave it now, you have minutes, what would you do?

Or would you turn back to the TV?

Or would you move, fast?

Could you summon up the energy?

You have what you need.

You have what you need to create true, exhilarating life alignment.

When to be less than be more

People strive to become more; they go out search for ways to do so. (See Where The Answers Are At ) When really it's about becoming less:

It's about stripping yourself of conditioning that is causing you a disservice for having life alignment.

It's about letting go of particular opinions, beliefs and perspectives that are causing you to have narrow vision.

It's about trashing the junk 'food' that is burdening your body.

It's about shutting out the negativity that is engulfing your attention.

We are animals after all. Look at how nature thrives when left to its own devices.

The only animals that overweight are the ones that we feed.

Nature just simply thrives.

We have become so desensitised to how to live that we now have to work back to what we innately are.

What would be easier for you: Letting go or taking on more?

What if. Ask yourself, what if...

Humour your mind

You can just let go of things that are causing a drain on your resources. Often though, we need to go through a process, as this helps us to prepare and signals a significant point to create the change. This requires taking on more, such as practising meditation and mind minimalism. If you struggle to stick to taking something on, decide upon something which you can let go of. Maybe its an hour's less TV, maybe it's an hour's less internet surfing, maybe it's half an hours less.

Purpose, potential, presence and power

Create space.

How can a tree reach its full potential if it is confined within a pot?

You need space to expand. While you are working back towards being who you innately are, you are also creating space into which you can magnify your purpose, potential, presence and power.

Be mindful. When you realise that you are sitting around daydreaming, externalise what you were daydreaming about. Speak it out loud, write it down. Condition yourself to externalise. Externalising builds up to action and action builds up to creating a movement, in the biggest sense of the word.

Don't leap frog. Take each step. Be present in as many moments as you can remember to be, engage in every task you do (not just going through the motions daydreaming), and trust your movements. If your brain knows what you want, allow your body to have it's outlet, it will take you there.

This is far more substantial and monumental than flitting between doing a bit of this, trying a bit of that.

Solid steps.

Discipline is like momentum. The initial push is the hardest, but once you have done that, you just keep engaged (on each small step) and you roll. Momentum builds naturally to taking bigger action. Its conditioning, use it or lose it. When you are using it, you increase your resistance to it, that step no longer feels hard, so you move to the next level.

Don't focus on everything ahead, that will happen naturally after you focus on that initial taking hold of your discipline.

What can you do to roll the ball?

What can be your initial step?

By externalising your dreams of life alignment, you are giving them roots to take hold.

Go Beyond Affirmations and Visualizations - Feel the Energy Structure Within Your Imagination


A young child has a vivid imagination. Their 5 senses are heightened and their imagination can perform at a higher level than an adult. Why do adults lose their imagination, why do they think that dreaming is only for losers? 1. Affirmations - To some degree as an adult you may have tried to get your imagination back through affirming your desires from saying affirmations. You try to force your way through that barrier to get what you want by repeating affirmations over and over like a parrot constantly saying "I am a pretty boy". It doesn't mean that the parrot understands or even believes what the statement means, let alone feeling and knowing that he is or can be a pretty boy. You cannot fake something or put on a facade to cover up what you are truly feeling within you.

You either feel that you are a pretty boy or you don't. In other words, affirmations don't really work, unless you feel that energy within you, unless you 'are' made up of that energy within you. It is to 'be and live' what you choose to feel. Energy is reflected from the inner to the outer. Your desire will reflect in the outer when you feel the energy of your desire within you. It doesn't have to be forced or manipulated for you to achieve that desire. You just have to feel it, believe it, be it and live it.

2. Visualizations - Visualization is also a forced mental exercise, where you hope to get what you want through trying to see something in your mind's eye. The mind is limited - it doesn't know beyond what it knows, so how can it imagine something outside the mind's comprehension and perception? When you try to imagine in the mind you are limiting yourself to the fears, conditions and the agendas of what the mind knows.

You stay trapped in that scenario, in that belief system because mass consciousness also believes and lives in that limited condition. The mind gets stuck in your 'proven fact of reality', thinking that 'what you see is what you get' and that cannot be changed. You prove your truth and it is reinforced within your reality by proving the fact that what you believe in is your truth. So how can the mind get out of the mental stuck cycle scenario? It is to use your imagination.

3. Soul Imagination - to bring in the soul imagination you have to be willing to go beyond the mental visions and visualizations? It is to go beyond day dreaming where you think it can't be obtained, but it is nice to dream anyway? It is to go beyond wishing, hoping and affirming affirmations so you can be in touch with your soul imagination? Soul imagination is not a delusion, unless you want it to be.

Those who are delusional are highly imaginative, it is all about bringing back into your life what is appropriate, what suits you and what you choose and that can be in a balance or unbalanced state. What type of balance do you choose to be in and how appropriate does your imagery desire serve you, not others, but does it empower you or disempower you? Is it your truth or is it the truth of others? It depends on what you choose to play with.

4. The Safe Energy - The safe energy is the foundation for your soul imagination to truly express, play and to open up the imagination. Do you feel safe on the outside? Do you feel safe on the inside of you? Do you feel less safe on the inside than the outside? Do you feel separated, not integrated, unworthy, out of agreement and alignment or in conflict with self? The the soul imagination goes beyond the mind, but it takes trust to allow that energy to flow in.

The soul imagination is to allow your energies to soar, to view and feel different potentials that exist - the positive and negative. It is to allow yourself to feel the different scenarios and then make a selection, a choice to bring back into your now moment through the breath.

5. Choose Your Script - The soul imagination goes into new levels and realms to bring what you desire into your life, without questioning or analyzing from the mind, without the influence of others, for your mind has no idea what potentials lie behind the scene of your current acting play. You have many, many potentials to choose from in your life. You have written many scripts to act out and play with, so which one do you choose to bring forth?

It is up to you to choose which one you want to act out and what you want to bring to life in your physical reality. So, you imagine all of the potentials and choose what you would like to imagine for yourself - the idea? Which script do you want to bring in to your life?

If you try to be specific with the details, you are going mental, you are visualizing. For example, it is to imagine and feel a life where all your desires are taken care of for you, you imagine or dream the joy and the relief... what a relief... the sight of relief is what you feel. Don't worry about the fine details because your agenda limits the structure of energy. Have a broad overview, feel the energy of joy and relief. Allow that energy to come in and know that your desire is already taken care of. This means you don't have to hang on to it or trap it. It is there, it is not going to go away. Just imagine that joy of that energy coming in. Breathe it into your reality and allow it to manifest.
