Majority individuals fear who they are, they loathe who they have been, they feel unworthy and inferior to others and yet slowly over time humanity has grown in consciousness, to become more aware of who they are and what the cycles of life are all about. They know that there are many changes that are occurring within themselves and within the world around them and they know that things do not work in the same way as they once did.
The energy in the universe is changing and the earth itself is changing, because human consciousness is changing, it is growing, evolving and expanding. It is gradually transcending to a higher level of consciousness - of understanding, wisdom, awareness, acceptance, inspiration, sensitivity and compassion. Through the centuries, humanity has become so stuck in social organizations and superstitious medieval myths about the Self and about life.
Rigid and righteous beliefs were formed about the human condition and so many fabricated gods were worshiped, stating that the little human is puny, insignificant and inferior because they perceive that they have sinned - and from this they believe they have to suffer and be judged in order to be saved.
To address your issues, problems and challenges can be broken down into 4 main categories.

4. The Awakening Consciousness
Let's take a look at each individual category:
1. Illusions of Separation - Over time humanity has become more separated from Self, they keep searching for someone grander to come and save them from their experiences, they seek validation and dependency on something or someone outside of self. Now, after so many centuries of living a story lie, many find it difficult to transcend these handed down beliefs and concepts. This is the hypnotic belief system and overlay of mass consciousness that the masses have bought into - and you have bought into. You have owned these beliefs, acted them out and lived these story lies.
Now, you have become so ingrained in these beliefs that you think that it is real, and your experiences are reinforced by your truth and the fact is, you can now prove that your truth is right and in doing so, it becomes a reality. But, it is just an illusion and you can escape from the prisons of the old world of suffering and an occasional bliss if and when you are ready and willing to! It is to know that your truth is only right for you, at that time, at that level of consciousness - you do not stay the same, your truth moves on, it changes and it expands, as your consciousness grows and if you hold on to an old truth, you become stuck and stagnant - it will disempower you.
2. Fear and Control - Fear is the greatest motivator. It is fed through control and manipulation - the control of self, the control from others and to control others and to have power over others, often through corruption, conspiracies, agendas, judgments and greed. The human condition needs love, to be loved and to belong and this overlay is often abused from the fear and limitations of the human mind. Some of the mind's limitations are being fearful of the unknown, avoiding leaving your comfort zone, being different, having a fear of ridicule and not belonging to a conformed group, as well as allowing yourself to be controlled through fear from your expectations and others agendas.
Appeasement, obligation and compromising your core truth leads to mistrust and doubt. This only separates and fragments your soul aspects even more and in doing so enforces you to seek validation in something outside of yourself, as something has to be grander than you - so you think! When you feel unworthy and inferior you are treated in an unworthy and inferior manner. When you think you are a victim you attract more victim relationships and experiences to you. When you do not take responsibility for your own creations, to blame everything outside of yourself for your experiences, you are a victim of fate and circumstance and you cannot be a Master of your creations. Looking outside of yourself for your answers only disempower's you and enslaves your energy even more. This has occurred because you think that you are unworthy and inferior, so you are not willing to turn to yourself, to trust in yourself, to listen to yourself through seeking self-validation and self-healing?
3. Change and Fear of the Unknown - Change comes as old ways begin to die out and new ways and new inventions flow in. Change brings fear of the unknown, but sooner or later you will soon realize that there will always be new jobs, new inventions and new perceptions and truths, new methods and techniques that will be born. Every human resists change and every invention is judged and ridiculed until the consciousness of the masses expands and opens up to accept that new way. In your present level of consciousness you cannot perceive these new ideas, and that is why you worry about how your young will cope in the future! Unbeknown to you, your children already have a different level of consciousness, and they have within them the necessary means and ability to handle what the future offers - if they so choose!
4. The Awakening Consciousness - The awakening mass consciousness is beginning to rise, bringing in the storms of change. These storms are the clearing of the old so that the new can come in. Change is occurring, the beginning of the new energy quantum leap has past and the awakening process has begun. When you are ready to let go of playing the game of duality within mass consciousness and are willing to get off the merry-go-round of karmic patterns, your destiny seed, you will be able to embrace this change. You can do this if you choose to walk this journey and attract others to your own awakening wisdom, thus helping others to inspire and expand their consciousness.
The storms of disaster enforce a change. It is a change that humanity has asked for as some level, but due to a limited and fearful level of awareness, humanity only perceives change as being bitter and filled with suffering. They do want a change, but only for a 'better same' - many are not prepared to let go of old ways in order to experience a true change that goes into a new energy. The difficult situation with the human mind is that the new energy does not work in the same way as the mind understands.
To make the matter seem more difficult if something worked once, it does not repeat itself in working the same way again. Old energy is reliable and consistent even through it is dramatic, because you knew what to do, how to do something and when it could be done - your creations could be repeated. New energy is new in each and very moment and that is scary to the mind. That is why it is important to learn to 'get out of the mind' because the mind doesn't know beyond what it knows - so that you can trust your own essence to bring in what you need beyond what the mind knows. Integration of the self leads to discover grander unlimited potentials of the desires of the heart and passion of the soul is being able to express, evolve and grow into an abundant, free, sovereign, independent, empowered creator-master unto yourself.
