The old energy was about not being 100% responsible for all of an individual's conscious and unconscious creations and experiences. Irresponsibility is playing the game of being the victim of fate, lay-blame and circumstances, created by looking outside of self. Many individuals prayed or meditated upon things outside of the self to create what they need, blocking those energies that were feared and did not want to be influenced by.
They blocked out fear and they block out love from flowing in. Their prayers of a 'good - yet better same' were not answered because they focused upon what they feared, therefore their support team supported and fed them what they asked for, which is what they dwelled upon. Technology follows consciousness and so does energy responds to consciousness - it brings in the change that consciousness is dwelling upon to enforce a change.
Quite often, the change that humanity receives is not what their agendas want, so instead of seeing the gift in the scenario, they focus on the destruction, so their fearful games continues to grow from a mole hill into a mountain. Non-acceptance and resistance creates pain and suffering and this inner conflict means that the physical desires are not compatible with the soul desires. There is a separation from the physical to the soul-spirit-divine essence of self, thus leaving conflict and suffering in the physical.
To address old energy concepts with a hint of the new wisdom can be broken down into another 5 main categories.

Let's take a look at each individual category:
1. Live in the Past Game - The old energy was difficult to live in the now-moment, to be fully in the present moment. Humans dwell in past events that created the 'death' process in empowerment and fear or worry about the future that created the 'suffocation' process of the divine potentials to come forth. Duality is unsafe and the unlimited grander potentials beyond what the mind can perceive and conceive cannot emerge when the mind is in full control and when the physical feels so fearful and unsafe.
2. Mental Figure-Out and Visualize - Because the mind has been given dominion over the body, emotion, feelings and spirit, it not only allowed the ego to become superficial, but the mind cannot handle stress, because it cannot perceive anything beyond what it knows. The mind and ego is fearful, as it dwells upon the past and so it has no idea of what the future will bring and it fears that because of the past, therefore the future creations is nothing but the past unresolved. The mind then goes into all the negatives and strives to get what it wants through force, control, striving and fighting from its agendas, as it begins to seek validation outside of self.
3. Forced Mental Visions - The old energy focused on individual small creations like prayer, meditation, visualization and affirmations that created more control from the mind's agendas. Force, fighting and control structures energy - it limits the potentials that you can achieve and it hinders the integration of all that you are. What the mind desires is often in conflict with what the heart desires. What the mind chooses is often contradictory to what the heart is feeling. Because of this separation, your choices and desires will not work through force and control. It is the integration and unity of self, the marriage of all the facets and aspects of self that brings harmony and balance with your creations.
4. Everything is a Matter of Choice - The scenario of what you dwell upon is a matter of 'choice'. You don't have to be influenced by what is happening in the world, what other people say or do and you don't have to even relate to what other people are emotionally feeling. What feelings others are sending out and what you are feeling is a reflection of the mental fears and limitations that the five senses picks up on and absorbs. Most of the time it is not about you - unless your choose it to be, unless you want to play another dramatic drama story game. This is where your emotions and your mental visions can go wild. Most of these only reflect the outside influences that the mind buys into. Therefore, whatever you feel and imagine it comes down knowing what is your truth and what is the truth of others? That is where choice comes in. A true conscious choice comes from your heart feelings and not from the head of fears, misfortunes and conditions from the masses.
5. Know and Live Your Truth - To know your truth is one thing, but to live it is another. Can you stand your ground, even in conflict to honour and live your truth? Your authentic nature is not your story, it is not really you, but only an aspect of you - your story game is just a starting contract for you to continue on to expand and grow, to get you to know who you are. It is not your truth. Your story is based on the beliefs of mass consciousness - it is a truth that you have bought into and owned as your own. Your truth grows, evolves and expands as nothing stays the same. You have lived out that story, proven it as true and now you are stuck in that web.
When you can see the grand vision within your relationship with self, you will realize that 'power is an illusion - your story in an illusion' and you cannot truly serve another with unconditional love, until you let go of the attachments to your old story and begin to love and accept yourself as you are. It is to have a relationship with self first in order to have a harmonic relationship with another.
