An Equinox by nature is supposed to be about expansion and growth. Yes there is potential for this. Although it shows this happening more slowly than most of us would probably like.
Freedom starts with You, the ability to really experience freedom will come from You being Your own leader.
It is time for releasing the negative thoughts and any mini deaths You can facilitate to allow yourself to release any resistance will serve. Forgiveness is a huge piece of this.
In allowing yourself to forgive yourself first and then bring any blame home You can increase your energy for doing what You feel is important and it will also bring You to greater clarity and light. Remember too much mental reality without heart centeredness can choke the magic of life.
Go for combining the heart energy with the pure mental authority. Time to find some flexibility in how You see things at the same time it is so important to stay very firm in removing yourself from any situations or thoughts that You are not in alignment with when You recognize them.
Your energy will be sustained from really paying attention to what You are thinking and being disciplined about where You put your focus. It is a great time to become aware of and heal any emotional wounds that You might still be carrying.
There is so much potential coming in towards the end of this three month period and it could almost be overwhelming to many.
The beginning of this period though still shows us in this seemingly unending holding pattern. Think of this time as an extended preparation time so that You can be absolutely sure about what You would like to bring with You on this trip called life.
Great time for strategic thinking and recognition of how far You have come in clearing your path forward. The ability to nourish one's self comes from being willing to continue forward asking for what You need and then opening your mind and heart to receiving.
Be aware to avoid letting others reality get in the way of your dreams. Focusing on what You are good at in your work causes the amount of light You hold to increase.
When fear arises it is important to stay in the feeling place of peace and being protected so that until the next best path opens up, You can stay in that loving place of abundant creation and manifestation.
This is about remembering that You have an internal guidance system and now is the time to recognize that your feelings/emotions are there to benefit You and give You direction. Even protection of one's self can be done from a loving place. All things can be propelled by power and all things can be propelled by force-all about alignment and choice. What is yours?
You might be finding that You feel surrounded by many individuals that seem like they might be putting much effort into resistance to the changes that are happening. Take your focus off this and keep it on how You are doing with welcoming the changes. If there are others You have to deal with that are doing it differently do your best to look at their choices with love and openness so that You do not end up diminishing your life force. It really is a time of individual choosing and moving forward with others that You are aligned with.
The heat of the sun transforms and facilitates these changes and burns up illusion. This energy of fire towards the second half of this equinox period supports us in bringing even greater energy of clarification into our lives and our relationships.
Towards the end of this period You will find Yourself walking out into the sun transformed and any load You will have been carrying will be lighter. And anything You have left behind will be transformed as well.
The Equinox covers a three month period and this one asks us to be patient and realize that sometimes expansion causes some growing pains. With awareness and honesty they can be just what they are, an indicator of your willingness to grow and change with life.
Action: Give yourself time to sit and listen to You, your feelings, emotions and heart yearnings. There is so much You know within yourself without any outside input and by finding quiet so You can hear it, You value yourself. You know where to be when and You create the life You choose.
