Is The Human Mind Sleeping All The Time?

Some people believe that the human mind is sleeping all the time and this is how it performs communication with the collective consciousness or Universe - is this possible? One, new age expert in this subject states that the "Dreaming Never Stops" and that "You Dream 24-hours Per Day!" The guru of such knowledge says that this allows humans to communicate on an emotional level, even know when someone is looking at them or senses their concentration - What say you?

It is hard to disagree that delta and theta brain waves exist during awakened periods in the mind. The ability to feel others thoughts, most likely comes from the empathy that our socialization teaches through nurture, plus our innate abilities that are part of our bio-system. After all, Each person has a resonance, energy flow and an energy plume, it can be focused and thus someone who is aware can feel the changes in their own energy, like sonar, but on an ELF or VLF level.

If everything is all one, that is to say that everything is attached to everything else via waves, frequencies and vibrational energy of matter, and if so, then the Universe is also attached to everything else and potentially able to feel the differences, like a multi-dimensional spider web when an insect flies into it or a stone is cast upon the water.

Thus, of course, one would be able to feel these things if they were in tune with it all and paid attention to such sensations, perhaps practiced these talents and skills. There are many cults, religions and theories, which have sprung up around such concepts. Some are BS, some have at least a splash of science and understanding, yet still a skeptical mind might be the best place to be in time. Think on this.
