The Emotional Energy That Surrounds You


This article is written from the perspective of the universal laws, specifically the law of vibration or attraction. Everything is energy, including thoughts; like attracts like energy; and everything vibrates and nothing rests. With that being said, I will reiterate -- everything is energy. If you continuously focus on a particular thought or an idea, you will attract its vibrational match.

Even our bodies have primary and secondary energy channels that connects our physical body with our spirit body. The main energy channels in our bodies are called chakras: root chakra (lower spine area), sacral chakra (sexual organs), solar plexus chakra (abdominal area), heart chakra, throat chakra, brow/third eye chakra (between the two brows), and crown chakra (top of head).

What Causes Emotional Energy?

This subject is pretty extensive, but I will make sure to cover the basis.

As we go through life, even throughout our past lives, we have potential as humans to block these energy channels. Energy channels can be blocked from panic, fear, anxiety, worry, or any emotion that is not of love.

How to Clear Blockages

One way is to find a practitioner who knows and is experienced in clearing energy; such as an acupuncturer, Reiki specialist, a psychic, etc.

There are also other methods such as Pranic healing, Qi Gong, and EFT that have become very popular and are known to be quite effective in unblocking energy channels.

Along with these energy healing methods, it is beneficial to call upon universal/spiritual assistance and ask for guidance in learning the lessons involved with these blockages in order to progress in your spiritual growth.

How to Prevent Emotional Blockages

There is one word that sums up prevention...and that is BALANCE. There are light and dark energies that surround us on a daily basis...if we don't balance ourselves amongst them, we fall victim once again to blocking our own energy.

You will know when you become unbalanced when you


Get lost in confusion easily.
Only focus on one aspect of yourself all the time (physical, spiritual, or mental).
Can't get a grasp on reality
Easily swayed and not grounded.
and the list goes on...

Get balanced by stilling your mind through meditation or meditative activities such as painting, gardening, singing, sewing, dancing, etc. In other words, any activity that has a flow and will allow you to express yourself by not much thinking, but allows you to FEEL.
